These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the use of the www.fun-house.ch website , the booking of activities, and participation in the game sessions offered by Fun House Fribourg, a trading name of HouseTrap Group SA, whose head office is at Route de Vevey 218, 1630 Bulle, and whose center is at Route du Lac 12, 1763 Granges-Paccot.

ARTICLE 1 – PRESENTATION OF FUN HOUSE FRIBOURG’S ACTIVITIES

Fun House Fribourg is an indoor leisure center offering three immersive experiences in dedicated themed areas:

1.1 – Action Game (by GameSide)

Team action game combining physical challenges, mental agility and cooperation.

  • For teams of 2 to 5 players, aged 8 and over.
  • If the group is larger, it will be divided into several teams.
  • Challenges are played by one team per room.
  • Maximum capacity: 15 teams simultaneously per session.
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Price: CHF 35 incl. VAT / player (single price for children & adults)
  • Supervised activity with briefing and safety measures.

1.2 – The Voice Karaoke Box (by Karaoké Média)

Private karaoke room, themed The Voice, with interactive music selection.

  • Capacity: 2 to 12 players
  • Choice of duration: 30 min / 1h / 1h30
  • Price: CHF 50 incl. VAT per 30 minutes, regardless of number of participants
  • Rental entitles you to exclusive use of the room for the chosen duration.

1.3 – QuizTrap (by HouseTrap Group) (coming soon)

A new concept in immersive game-show-inspired team quizzes in a fully-equipped room. More information will be published shortly on our website.

ARTICLE 2 – ADMISSION CONDITIONS

  • Minimum age for Action Game: 8 years
  • Recommended age for Karaoke Box: from 8 years old
  • Minors under 12: must be accompanied by an adult
  • Access may be refused without refund in the event of inappropriate behavior or drunkenness.

ARTICLE 3 – RESERVATION & PAYMENT

  • Reservations only via www.fun-house.ch
  • Payment by credit card or Twint, either by deposit or in full
  • All reservations become firm upon receipt of payment
  • A confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail
  • No refunds will be given if the number of participants is lower than the number booked (a credit note may be offered for a future visit).

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES

Action Game

  • CHF 35.00 / player

Karaoke Box

  • CHF 50.00 incl. VAT per 30 minutes, from 2 to 12 participants
  • Choice of duration: 30 min / 1h / 1h30 (subject to availability)

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of VAT, and are subject to change at any time. The rate applied is that in force at the time of booking.

ARTICLE 5 – CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION & INSURANCE

Without insurance :

  • More than 14 days before the session: credit note or gift voucher
  • Between 7 and 14 days: 50% charge, balance in credit note or gift voucher
  • Less than 7 days: 100% of the amount due

With cancellation insurance :

Reimbursement possible under the conditions specified at the time of subscription (illness, serious impediment, etc.).

Delay :

  • +20 minutes late: session cancelled without refund
  • Any session started is due in full

Force majeure :

In the event of objective impossibility of performance for reasons not attributable to HouseTrap Group SA (e.g. pandemic, natural disaster), a gift voucher will be issued.

Different number of participants :

  • Less than expected: no refund (partial or total)
  • More than expected: the difference in price must be paid in advance of the session, subject to availability and maximum capacity per session.

HouseTrap Group SA reserves the right to refuse any new reservation to a Buyer who has not paid for previous services.

ARTICLE 6 – BEHAVIOUR AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Appropriate and comfortable clothing recommended
  • Compliance with oral and posted rules
  • No recordings, photos or videos are allowed during sessions (except in the Karaoke Box, with users’ consent).
  • Any damage, even unintentional, may be billed.
  • Consumption prohibited: alcohol, food, illegal substances

ARTICLE 7 – RISKS & LIABILITY

  • Participation in activities is at the participant’s own risk.
  • Fun House Fribourg declines all responsibility in the event of :
  • Minor activity-related injuries
  • Loss or theft of personal effects
  • Non-compliance with safety instructions

ARTICLE 8 – PHOTOS & COMMUNICATION

  • Team photos can be taken after sessions.
  • They may be sent by email and/or published on our social networks, with the user’s consent.
  • No individual names will be used, only the team name.
  • Recording during activities is strictly forbidden without prior authorization.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

  • The data is used solely to manage reservations and communications.
  • No data will be resold or passed on to third parties
  • The Buyer agrees to receive communications by email or SMS, with the possibility of unsubscribing at any time.

ARTICLE 10 – FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure (technical breakdown, exceptional closure, health event, etc.), the session may be rescheduled or converted into a gift voucher, without entitlement to a refund.

ARTICLE 11 – JURISDICTION & APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Fribourg shall have sole jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 1 – OVERVIEW OF FUN HOUSE FRIBOURG ACTIVITIES

Fun House Fribourg is an indoor leisure center offering three immersive experiences, available by reservation in themed spaces:

1.1 – Action Game (by GameSide)

A team-based action game combining physical challenges, mental agility, and cooperation.

  • Teams of 2 to 5 players, ages 8 and up
  • Larger groups will be split into multiple teams
  • One team per room – each challenge is done privately
  • Up to 15 teams can play simultaneously per session
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Price: CHF 35.- per player (tax included – same rate for children and adults)
  • Supervised activity with safety briefing included

1.2 – The Voice Karaoke Box (by Karaoké Média)

A private karaoke room themed after The Voice, with an interactive music selection system.

  • Capacity: 2 to 12 players
  • Duration: 30 min / 1h / 1h30
  • Price: CHF 50.- (tax included) per 30-minute session, regardless of group size
  • The room is fully private during your reserved time slot

1.3 – QuizTrap (by HouseTrap Group) (coming soon)

A new immersive quiz game show experience, inspired by television quiz formats, in a specially equipped room.

ARTICLE 2 – AGE REQUIREMENTS & ADMISSION

  • Minimum age for Action Game: 8 years
  • Recommended minimum age for Karaoke Box: 8 years
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Access may be refused without refund to any person showing inappropriate behavior or under the influence of drugs or alcohol

ARTICLE 3 – BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Bookings are made online via www.fun-house.ch
  • Payment can be made by credit card or Twint, either partially or in full
  • Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment
  • Confirmation is automatically sent via email
  • No refund is given for a reduced number of participants (a voucher may be offered for future use)

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES

Action Game

  • CHF 35.- per player (incl. VAT)

Karaoke Box

  • CHF 50.- per 30 minutes, for 2 to 12 players
  • Available durations: 30 min / 1h / 1h30 (depending on availability)

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), tax included, and may be updated at any time. The applicable rate is the one in effect at the time of booking.

ARTICLE 5 – CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & INSURANCE

Without cancellation insurance:

  • More than 14 days in advance: full credit or voucher possible
  • Between 7 and 14 days: 50% fee; the remaining 50% as credit or voucher
  • Less than 7 days: 100% of the amount is due

With cancellation insurance:

Reimbursement according to the terms provided at the time of purchase (e.g. illness, serious unforeseen events).

Late arrival:

  • More than 20 minutes late: session may be cancelled without refund
  • Once started, the session is due in full

Force majeure:

In case of force majeure beyond HouseTrap Group SA’s control (e.g. epidemic, natural disaster), the customer will receive a voucher only.

Different participant count:

  • Fewer participants than booked: no refund
  • More participants: the price difference must be paid before the session, provided space is available and within the maximum team capacity

HouseTrap Group SA reserves the right to refuse any new booking if outstanding balances remain unpaid.

ARTICLE 6 – CONDUCT & SAFETY RULES

  • Comfortable clothing is recommended
  • Participants must follow all verbal and written safety instructions
  • No filming or photography during the sessions (except in the Karaoke Box, if desired by participants)
  • Any damage, even accidental, may be charged to the Buyer
  • No food, alcohol, or drugs allowed in the game areas

ARTICLE 7 – RISKS & LIABILITY

  • Participation is at your own risk
  • Fun House Fribourg declines all liability for:
  • Minor injuries due to normal game movement
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Non-compliance with safety rules

ARTICLE 8 – PHOTOS & MEDIA

  • Team photos may be taken after sessions
  • These may be sent by email or posted on our social media with the user’s consent
  • Only the team name will be used – no personal names
  • Video or audio recording during gameplay is prohibited without prior written consent from our staff

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

  • Personal data is used strictly for booking and communication purposes
  • Data will never be sold or shared with third parties
  • The Buyer agrees to receive information by email or SMS, with the option to unsubscribe at any time

ARTICLE 10 – FORCE MAJEURE

In case of force majeure (technical failure, exceptional closure, public health restrictions, etc.), the session will be rescheduled or converted into a voucher, without entitlement to a refund.

ARTICLE 11 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Fribourg.
