The party must take place within 3 weeks before or after the child’s birthday.
Age requirements
For Action Game, from age 7. From 7 to 11, 1 adult is required per team; from 12 to 14, children may play on their own, but a responsible adult must stay on site at FunHouse, in our bar area
For Pixel Jump, from age 5. From 5 to 11, 1 adult is required per team; from 12 to 14, children may play on their own, but a responsible adult must stay on site at FunHouse, in our bar area
For QuizTrap, over 12.
Snack packages
For the package with cake, the order must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the date of the event with our pastry chef; no booking can be made after this deadline.
The final number of participants must be confirmed no later than 4 days before the event. After this deadline, the number of participants can no longer be reduced and all confirmed participants will be invoiced.
Payment and cancellation terms
A deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the booking.
This deposit must be paid at least 96 hours before the event:
online by card via the payment link sent to you;
or directly on site during our opening hours.
In the event of cancellation more than 96 hours before the event, the deposit may be refunded or, on request, carried over to a new date.
In the event of cancellation less than 96 hours before the event, the deposit is retained by FunHouse, unless there is an exceptional reason accepted by FunHouse.
In the event of a postponement of the booking, the deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
For packages including a cake, once the order has been passed on to our pastry chef, the full price of the cake remains payable, even in the event of cancellation or postponement.
Food and drinks:
We have a bar and snacks on site. Snacks can also be organised on Saturdays and Sundays, but places and time slots are limited.
You can bring your own cake (please let us know, and make sure it’s a reasonable size, as our storage is limited).
